A number of resorts team with a specific manufacturer to exclusively use a limited range of Scuba equipment. As such the technician supporting that resort only requires training and knowledge for that specific equipment.
The Level One Scuba Technician (Air-Resort) course is a tailored program that provides certification for only the Scuba equipment in use at the Resort. The course duration will therefore be less than the full technician course however, the actual duration will be dependent on a number of factors and will be decided when the requirements are determined.
The resort trained technician will only be certified on the limited equipment they have been trained on and will not be permitted to work on any other equipment.
